Guitar lessons at Legacy Musical Arts are a great option for students with little to no musical background, as well as students who have some experience. The guitar is a very versatile instrument and can be so rewarding to play. At such a low investment cost ($50-$300), the guitar is a great introduction into the world of music study.
Our guitar students learn proper playing technique, common chords, tablature, music theory, and a variety of songs from different genres. We use the Hal Leonard beginning guitar method books as well as a collection of supplementary books. Our instructor, Mr. Kleiner, structures lessons to meet the needs and skills of each student. This program is primarily for acoustic guitar, and we recommend guitar lessons for students of 8 years and older.

We also offer virtual guitar lessons which offer a convenient option for students with busy schedules. Rather than making the commute into our studio, students may attend guitar lessons from the comfort of their own homes. Another benefit of this method of instruction is a targeted focus on your instructor’s expertise. Many musicians are trying to learn a new instrument with Youtube or other video sharing formats but are not able to make consistent progress. Virtual guitar lessons with Legacy Musical Arts provide motivation, accountability to practice, and real-time feedback.
